As I write this, the only really sane approach available in to Teterboro is the ILS 19. But that approach generates noise complaints so they invented another approach in response, the RNAV X. It may solve the noise problem for those on the ground, but it causes other problems for us pilots. This video is cited here: Teterboro Airport (KTEB).
